Part 1: 1-Hour Reykjavik Peak ATV Tour

• Gear Up & Get Ready: At the camp, our expert guides will provide all the necessary gear, instructions, and safety training. No experience is necessary – we'll make sure you're ready for a safe and fun ATV adventure.
• Scenic Ride & Thrilling Ascent: Your quad bike tour takes you along the beautiful Lake Hafravatn, through various terrains, and up to the top of Hafrafell mountain. Enjoy spectacular views of the Hengill mountain range, Hellisheiði geothermal power plant, Faxaflói bay, the capital region, Bláfjöll mountain range, and Esja, Reykjavik’s iconic house mountain.

Lunch in Reykjavik Harbor

• Refuel & Relax: After your ATV tour, we'll drop you off at the old harbor, where you can choose from a nice selection of restaurants and cafes. Enjoy a leisurely lunch while looking out over the bay, imagining the magnificent marine life beneath the surface.

Part 2: Whale Watching Beyond Reykjavik Harbor

• Set Sail for Adventure: Board the waiting boat and set off on a 3-hour guided sea tour in search of magnificent Minke whales and other rich marine life in Faxaflói Bay.
• Fascinating Insights: Learn about the life of the sea and enjoy great views back to Reykjavik. While whale sightings can't be guaranteed, cross your fingers for a generous display from Mother Nature!

• This is a combination adventure operated by two trusted partners

IMPORTANT: SINGLE & SHARED RIDER

• Single rider means one person per ATV
• Shared rider means two persons per ATV  - minimum 2 persons to book this option
• If there is a odd number of participants for ex: 3,5,7 then one person must be booked as a single rider

• Each driver must hold a Full driver license, passengers do not need a license.
• Drivers must be 18 years of age
• passengers min age is 8 years old (non drivers)
• Prices are per person
• to book sharing option you need min 2 participants
• if there is a odd number of passengers (ex 1-3-5) then one person must book the single rider option
• the ATVS can hold 2 persons at once

For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.

For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*

*Note that in the event the client requests a refund for any reason, Tour Desk reserves the right to charge a 3% administration fee to cover costs incurred.
