A Japanese cocktail bar in the basement of Skólabrú, the old building at Pósthússtræti 17 just behind Parliament. ĒN means an invisible connection — the fate that brings people or events together — and the drinks are built on that idea, pairing Japanese technique with Icelandic ingredients. Head bartender Daichi Takahashi pours three chūhai (shōchū and vodka with sencha, yuzu tonic or plum wine), a Katsuyama junmai sake, draught Gull and Boli, and a short wine list. Every drinks order during happy hour comes with a bar snack.
