Kayaking by the Glacier - Solheimajokull

This Icelandic Mountain Guides exclusive brings you up close with the majestic outlet glacier Sólheimajökull. 

As you paddle between the ever-changing icebergs of the lagoon, you get to leave the crowds behind and admire the spellbinding glacier landscape from a wholly different perspective. With our stable sit-on-top kayaks, no prior experience is required, and the basic technique is very easy to pick up. Don’t forget your camera, as this tour is sure to leave lasting memories.

Meeting point at our Sólheimajökull Base Camp by Sólheimajökull glacier, 30 minutes before departure.

For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.

For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*
