Dogsledding Iceland
Dogsledding Iceland runs all year from a moving camp near Mosfellsbær, about 35 minutes from Reykjavík; the exact spot is set up to two days ahead in summer, or the evening before in winter. On snow it is a sled, otherwise a wheeled kart, and either way a musher drives while up to five of you ride. When the Grapevine went, the dogs were making a racket before anyone had parked, turned out to be soft touches up close, and ran faster than expected. One firm rule: do not eye up a second dog while petting the first, because the jealous one will pee on your leg. The ride is 30 minutes of a 90-minute visit, with a halfway stop for photos and belly rubs. Wear extra socks; bring goggles.

During the ride your Musher guide will drive your team while sharing his knowledge and passion about dogsledding.
Half way through the tour we take a photo break where you can cuddle with the dogs (belly-rub mandatory)
A dog ride is a must do for all visitors to the “Land of Ice and Fire” a memorable moment to share with your family and beloved one.
ADD OPTIONS :

- Sled only option (non refundable) 3000ISK per person ( for an experience on sled versus kart) sold from December to mid - April
If you choose the SLED ONLY option your tour will only occur if we can use a sled and will be canceled and refunded if there is no sledding possible (minus 3000isk per person)
