All in one: Mývatn, Goðafoss, Dettifoss, Selfoss, cave and the Nature baths

Discover the natural wonders of North Iceland with our expertly curated small group tour of Lake Mývatn and its breathtaking surroundings. Your journey begins with a scenic drive along the picturesque coast of Eyjafjörður, one of Iceland's longest and most impressive fjords. 

Our first destination is the renowned Goðafoss waterfall, celebrated for its striking beauty. We then proceed to Lake Mývatn, a unique geological site formed by a significant lava eruption approximately 2,300 years ago. The area features remarkable volcanic formations, including dramatic lava pillars and rootless vents. 

The tour continues to Skútustaðagígar, a collection of fascinating pseudo craters, followed by the extraordinary lava landscapes of Dimmuborgir - a highlight for any visitor to the region. Guests will also have the opportunity to explore Grjótagjá Rift, a natural hot spring nestled within a volcanic fissure. The adventure continues with visits to Selfoss and Dettifoss waterfalls, the latter recognized as one of the most powerful waterfalls in Europe. 

The tour concludes in Eyjafjörður, offering panoramic views over the fjord towards Akureyri - an ideal setting for photography enthusiasts. This well-organized and affordable tour offers an exceptional experience for travelers seeking to explore the diverse landscapes of North Iceland. 

We are visiting Forest Lagoon near Akureyri until the Earth Lagoon in the Lake Mývatn is reopened. This is the perfect way to complete an unforgettable day in one of Iceland's most captivating regions.

This tour includes comfortable transportation in a minibus, a complimentary pickup service, and an English-speaking guide to enhance your experience. Additionally, entry to the beautiful Earth Lagoon or Forest Lagoon is also included. We are visiting Forest Lagoon until the Earth Lagoon is reopened.

Remember to bring your towel and swimsuit. If you forget, don’t worry—you also have the option to rent them on-site.
