Grapevine's Best Newcomer of 2017, a bright two-level restaurant on Hverfisgata with a Danish-Scandinavian bent, blue velvet booths and art on the walls. The dish that made its name is the chicken thigh salad on a bed of kale, broccolini and avocado mousse with pomegranate, which Grapevine called the best chicken salad in town and the salad to rule them all; toasted brioche with Havgus cheese and a daily fish complete the short list, with house-made ice creams to finish. Open from breakfast at half past six to eleven at night, which makes it the hotel-district all-rounder.
