Winner of “Best Family Restaurant” 2026. Runner up 2026 in “Best Brunch”. Come for the views, stay for the brunch? Seems to be Ráðagerði’s magic formula in keeping the little timber house and its outbuilding packed with diners from across the neighbourhood. The brunch pizza is *chef’s kiss* and our only gripe is that the Turkish Çilbir is served with too-cold yoghurt. Fix that and you have a winner on your hands. Cottage core is strong at this cute cabin-in-the-countryside restaurant that dishes up tasty Italian classics. We love it for those quieter weekday dinners where eating out with children is wrapped in the familiarity of pizzas and pastas. The staff seems especially equipped to handle family dining. It helps that the meatballs and pizzas will satisfy grumpy teens and the curious babe alike.
