The Reykjavík bar of the Kaldi brewery, pouring its own Icelandic beer brewed the Czech way: unpasteurised, no added sugar, nothing to preserve it. Twelve taps, ninety-three gins and a row of tonics to go with them. Down at Laugavegur 20b, in through Klapparstígur, and it has been the same kind of dark and comfortable since 2014.
